Springwood Court

Springwood Court has been caring for my grandmother for about 8 months now. The staff are so caring and friendly. I love that they really take the time to make the residents feel loved and happy. There are so many activities that engage the residents and keep them busy and safe. My grandmother is so happy. She is more active now and her quality of life has improved greatly. Thank you Springwood Court!

Today (10/23/23), I’m sending an update to the post I made from a year ago - yes, a year already (7/8/22). Pictures paint a thousand words! I am so pleased to see my mom involved and smiling throughout the past year and am very grateful for the pictures shared by Springwood Court that show me and my siblings her involvement in activities. Although our mom’s age and health continue to worry us because we all live out-of-state, my siblings and I are comforted to know she is getting the care she requires at this point of her 88 years of life. We want to thank all the staff that care for her and keep her safe. The attention she receives at Springwood Court, daily, insures her well being, and also gave her a social atmosphere that she was lacking living alone - and best of all, she gained a new best friend, Raleigh! I would recommend Springwood Court to anyone looking for a safe and friendly place for their loved one who needs assisted living. I could keep going on, but I will try to post photos that say it all! Last year’s post: My experience at Springwood Court has been good over the last two months since my mom moved in to her new residence. I am so glad we found Springwood Court for my mom to live! The first few days and weeks were not easy for any of us, but I feel confident my mother is doing much better overall at Springwood Court than living alone. The past two months have improved the quality of life for her! We love seeing the photos shared to us by Fran of my mom participating in the fun social events - it has been mind blowing! She has made such good progress adjusting to life at Springwood Court. I can say it was the best decision for her to become a resident to give her the change she needed to get up every day and have something to do instead of sitting in her recliner at home watching tv around the clock, along with not eating properly and having to rely on her neighbors for almost everything. What an improvement to see her enjoying music, dancing, looking forward to and loving the singers who come to entertain, and for her to pet and kiss the live horse brought to an event recently - that was beautiful to see! My mom knew she was unable to care for herself living alone, and hopefully she is going to continue to enjoy all that Springwood Court offers! Thank you to all the staff who keep her safe, happy, and well cared for!

Very homey and interested always to improve the welfare of the resident. Daily activities to bring the community together like a family! If you have a family member needing some assistance to live a more fulfilling life then Springwood Court Assisted Living Center is for them! My mom is soon to be 99 and been there almost 4 years. Springwood Court has exceeded my expectations! Every staff member has shown such personalized care and attention to my mom and I can tell they truly care about all the residents. It feels very homey and tight-knit, which I love. Everyone knows her by name and she hasn't been there long. I could go on and on. My mom really needed a sense of community and I feel like we found it here. She's a little younger than most residents and that worried me at first but it's working out great and everyone is very welcoming and accepting. I feel like her health and well-being is truly a priority. I also appreciate how much everyone keeps me in the loop on what's going on. Fran is an awesome executive director, very communicative and involved. Mary is always so helpful and was awesome to work with on getting my mom moved in. Bianca, the activities director, shows such meaningful attention to getting my mom involved -- just to name a few of the rockstars.
